The Hymns: Transitional Arrangements

The Hymns: Transitional Arrangements has been designed to teach novice piano students the proper playing of the LDS (Mormon) hymns and to jump-start the playing from the actual hymnal.  The hymnbook is a companion book to the Toca Bien course book which provides all the skills and background needed for playing the arrangements of 46 of the better-known hymns.  These hymn arrangements make a natural  “transition” to the regular hymns.

The Spanish version, entitled Los Himnos: Arreglos Simplificados, is recommended for persons who plan to provide singing accompaniment for church services held in Spanish.
